During the Preventive Health Conference we talk from a multidisciplinary perspective about accelerating cooperation to stop overweight and obesity. Varying experts will share their perspective on the challenges in preventing overweight and obesity and work out solutions together.
From the Nutrition and Health Care Alliance, prof. dr. Eric Hazebroek, special professor Nutrition and obesity treatment (Wageningen Univeristy & Research, WUR) will give a lecture about Stimulating sustainable behaviour change for a healthy lifestyle. Monica Mars, Associate Professor Sensory Science and Eating Behaviour at WUR will talk about how to improve lifestyle behaviour whilst growing up. Emely de Vet, professor Consumption and Healthy Lifestyles (WUR) will take part of the panel discussion on the topic Co-shaping future cities: towards a healthy environment. Ellen Kampman, professor and chair in Nutrition and Disease at WUR will moderate a working session on a project proposal.
